Refund Policy

There are NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If a dispute or chargeback is initiated by you or your bank, or you or your credit card company without first contacting SAi support, your software will be cancelled and voided.

Month to Month Subscription

With a standard monthly subscription, your credit card will be charged on a monthly basis. Service begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. Your subscription will continue without renewal notice until you cancel. After each successful payment, your license will automatically extend for another month.

Cancellation: A standard monthly subscription can be canceled at any time. Please note that there will be NO REFUNDS. Your software will remain active for the rest of the month in which you cancel. Once canceled, your credit card will no longer be charged.

Non-Refundable Payments: Your subscription payment is NON-REFUNDABLE. Your service will continue for 30 days from your prior payment date. Your monthly rate is subject to change. Any changes in the monthly rate will be communicated to you. You will be provided with an option to cancel before the price increase becomes effective.

Annual Subscription Plans with 12-Month Commitment

When signing up for a subscription with a 12-month commitment, your credit card will be charged monthly for the next 12 months.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations can be done at any time up to the end of your 12th month commitment. If you choose to cancel within this period, a cancellation fee of $50.00 will be applied to the credit card on file. Once the 12-month commitment is fulfilled, the subscription can be canceled without any additional fees.

Non-Refundable Payments: Your subscription payment is NON-REFUNDABLE. Your service will continue for 30 days from your prior payment date.

Annual Subscription Prepaid

Cancellation Policy: your Annual prepaid subscription is non-cancellable.

Non-Refundable:  your subscription is NON-REFUNDABLE. Your service will continue for 365 days from the date of your payment.
